We are pleased to offer on-site EV charging stations to support our residents with electric vehicles. While Madison is primarily a car-dependent area, the property is situated with immediate access to Highway 72 for efficient commuting throughout the Tennessee Valley. Residents can utilize ride-sharing services or explore regional transit connections provided by Huntsville Transit, which operates routes in the neighboring Huntsville metropolitan area. Our community is served by the highly-rated Madison City Schools district. Students living here typically attend Midtown Elementary School, Discovery Middle School, and Bob Jones High School.
